Momezy (“we”, “our”, “us”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal information when you use the Momezy mobile application (the “App”).

• Personal Information: We collect your name and email address when you connect your email account on Momezy.
• Usage Data: We automatically collect data regarding your interaction with the App, such as device type, operating system, and usage statistics.
2. How We Use Your Information
• We do not retain any data that we extract from your email's workspace APIs. All your personal data is kept local on your device, unless in future you choose to share with your internal family group.
• To Provide and Improve Services: We use your personal data to personalize your experience, schedule reminders, and enhance the App’s features.
• Communication: We send you notifications and occasionally send you updates and promotional offers related to MomEzy.
• Analytics: We may analyze usage data to improve the App’s performance and enhance user experience.
3. Sharing of Information
• Service Providers: We may share your data with trusted third-party service providers who assist in operating our App (e.g., cloud storage providers). They are obligated to protect your information.
• Open AI: We use open AI to analyze content of your email and provide services needed by the app. This is not used to develop, improve or train generalized AI and/or ML models. Also, once email is analyzed for the intended service offered by the app, it is permanently deleted by deleting the AI session. We also do not retain any of your email data on the cloud.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your data if required by law or to protect the security, integrity, or safety of MomEzy and its users.
4. Data Security
• We use industry-standard measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Your Rights
• Log-out: We delete all your subscriptions once you logout from your connected email. Additionally, you can also contact us at info@momezy.com if you need any specific clarification on usage.
• Opt-Out: You can opt out of receiving communications by turning off notifications and following the unsubscribe instructions in emails we send you in future.
6. Children’s Privacy
• MomEzy is not directed to provide any offensive or abusive service. We do not knowingly collect any personal data except email specific data authorized before using this app. If you believe we have collected data that are not recommended by parents, please contact us, and we will take steps to delete it.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
• We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected in the “Effective Date” at the top. Continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
